Dr. Livia Gans is originally from Mendota Heights, Minnesota. She graduated from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with a pre-veterinary emphasis and a minor in fisheries, wildlife, and conservation biology. She then went on to attend veterinary school at the University of Minnesota College where she earned her DVM in 2026. Livia's special interests include surgery, dentistry, and ophthalmology. She looks forward to forming lasting relationships with families and providing compassionate care for their pets throughout every stage of life.

Dr. Gans currently has two bunnies, Bugs and Lola, and a cat named Luca. She hopes to get her own dog soon, but in the meantime, she loves hiking and running with her family dog Kele. In her free time, Dr. Gans loves playing volleyball, birding, scuba-diving, and spending time in Northern Minnesota mountain biking and enjoying the outdoors.
